Travel grants

A limited number of travel grants will be available. These will be awarded on the following criteria:

• Apply at the time of registering
• Applicable to concessions only (nurses, trainees, HCPs).
• The grant will cover travel only (to include public transport only – train, bus, tube. Advance purchase tickets, standard fare).
• The grant will not cover mileage, subsistence, accommodation.
• Grants will not be paid to any applicant that does not attend the Cardiorenal Forum meeting.
• Grants will not be paid to any applicant until after the Cardiorenal Forum meeting and the registration fee has been paid and travel receipts provided.

Grant value:
£100 max.

Deadline for application:
By the early bird deadline of 23:59 hrs on Monday 12 September

Date of notification:
Successful applicants will be notified by Friday 16 September.
