Travel grants

A limited number of travel grants will be available. These will be awarded on the following criteria:

• Travel grants are for the concessions rate only (nurses, trainees, HCPs) and can be applied for during the registration process.
• The grant, up to a maximum of £100 for those living more than 100 miles away, or up to £50 for those living less than 100 miles away but outside the M25, will cover travel and any remaining allocation will be allocated towards a partial reimbursement of your registration fee. Travel must be by public transport only – train, bus, tube – using advance purchase tickets, standard fare.
• Grant applications must be received by 24th July 2026 and successful applicants will be informed in the week commencing 3rd August 2026.
• Grants will not be paid to any applicant that does not attend the Cardiorenal Forum meeting.
• Grants will not be paid to any applicant until after the Cardiorenal Forum meeting and the registration fee has been paid and travel receipts provided.

Grant value:
£100 max (over 100 miles) / £50 (under 100 miles)
